Heather has helped me recently with a tricky HR issue that I had never encountered before .. I contacted her over the phone , discussed my problem and heather pointed me in the right direction straight away . It gave me the ability to deal with the problem quickly and I thank heather for her service . I now know I have help should I ever need it again .
